“War between Arakan Army and Burmese Army” ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Buthidaung township: Burmese military airmen shoot rockets from the helicopters to Arakan army in the upper portions of Chaung Pyar. The rockets randomly go to the places near villages. The large weapons of Burmese military targeting at the Arakan army hit the victim shelters: four people are wounded. “The Clearance Areas” by Burmese military has been turned to war between Arakan people and Burmese military. The Burmese military utilize the civilians as their protection in marching and combating Arakan army in the four townships: Buthidaung, Maungdaw, Rathedaung, Kyauktaw and Ponnagyun. The Arakanese and its ethnic minorities have been used as the human shields for Burmese soldiers, tortured, killed and prosecuted by the Burmese military. The Myanmar government has been neglecting the Arakan State without electricity for over two centuries (234 years) since the Arakan kingdom had fallen.
