Hla Maung Win, 23, and son of U Hla Kyaw Thein from Kyauk Tong village was arrested by infantry 378 on March 12 while he was taken to Mrauk U hospital by ambulance for his malaria sickness. He is tortured and killed during the interrogation.
Four other charity workers and ambulance driver are still in the military station. Family members are barred to meet the arrests.
